Service Description
We provide both onsite and offsite laundry services, making it easier for you to keep your household linens and garments fresh and clean. Our services start at $1.50 per pound, offering convenience and reliability you can count on. Please Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept garments or linens that contain blood, feces, or animal urine. Let us handle the laundry so you can enjoy a cleaner, more organized home!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: -Please provide 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. -Less than 48 hours’ notice or a missed visit = 50% of your service rate. Residential Payment Policy: -Payment is due at time of service. -Balances not paid within 7 days may include a $15 late fee. Commercial Payment Policy: -Payment is due within 30 days -Balances not paid within 30 days may include a $15 late fee. Preparation: -Please tidy personal items before our team arrives. -We do not move large furniture or handle hazardous materials. Quality Assurance: If you notice something we missed, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
