Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: -Please provide 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. -Less than 48 hours’ notice or a missed visit = 50% of your service rate. Residential Payment Policy: -Payment is due at time of service. -Balances not paid within 7 days may include a $15 late fee. Commercial Payment Policy: -Payment is due within 30 days -Balances not paid within 30 days may include a $15 late fee. Preparation: -Please tidy personal items before our team arrives. -We do not move large furniture or handle hazardous materials. Quality Assurance: If you notice something we missed, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
